Band-of-Angels member Dr. Rock Clapper is taking the lead on development of an Ag-Tech Fund to provide seed investment for ag-tech start-ups. Rock has completed the process of filing the Private Placement Memo and is currently building the fund. The fund is expected to provide seed funding from $250K to $500K.
